Die freistehende Villa f\u00fcr Hochzeitsreisende und Genie\u00dfer befindet sich auf einem eigenen Grundst\u00fcck am \u00f6stlichen Ende des Alam Anda-Gebietes, ca. 20 m vom Strand entfernt mit einem 25 m langen Privatstrand. Das abgeschiedene Grundst\u00fcck von ca. 1.100 qm bietet eine Wohnfl\u00e4che von etwa 110 qm plus Terrasse, einen gro\u00dfen Pavillon sowie einen privaten Swimmingpool mit Gartenm\u00f6beln und Sonnenliegen, „Kuschelballen“ und ein Himmelbett mit Meerblick.<\/p>

Zur Ausstattung geh\u00f6ren zwei Schlafzimmer, zwei offene B\u00e4der, zwei Ankleider\u00e4ume, ein Safe sowie Tee- und Kaffeezubereitungsm\u00f6glichkeiten. Beide Schlafzimmer verf\u00fcgen selbstverst\u00e4ndlich \u00fcber einen Ventilator und Klimaanlage. Der Pavillon ist mit einer kleinen K\u00fcchenzeile und einem Bluetooth-Aktivlautsprecher ausgestattet.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
